As long as that number (OS) and the (Float) remain roughly the same, then I think we may have a chance here assuming that float shares are in tight hands, once the momo builds in on Q1 release day, then all heck will break loose.

This company needs to "beat the street" in order for the momo to jump in ... JMHFO!
