ANy ideas on share count SONNY, TOAD, SUB!

Does the Plus count used in Black Jack work for checking shares?

I have used this approach before to figure out shares, and it's amazingly accurate!

I went to the 1 year chart and reviewed it by month to month! Than i clicked the +volume indicator to show the up and down months!
Now all you have to do is subtract the green bar months volume from the red bar months volume!

I am showing 230-240 million shares out there! Just my opinion and it's not total accuracy, but that's the volume over a year, all you have to do is add and subtract it out!

Any ideas or formulas i don't know just let me know! Next, i was thinking we could discuss how accountants derive a fair P/E ratio when companies start reporting quarterly proffits!
