I spoke to Kistler the other day. His view is that this was their only choice to raise ducats. Selling shares to loan sharks at a monstrous discount rate.......And he also mentioned that modus operandi was par for the course in pinkyville.......And as far as the website goes.......they have no money to do it right..........fwiw....z
