West, do you have any idea what the odds are for very small company, with a history of dilution, with a management team with credibility issues, with cash that will not even last a year, with barely any sales, etc etc etc to continue declining after a reverse split????????????? Let's not go there, let's really not. It's UGLY - but I'll bet you think Peregrine will be the exception, eh? How many successful investors bet long shots?

What do I think???? Don't you already know? wink
What do I think will happen?

I think PPHM will announce more news that JBM and a few others here will cheer.
I think the rest of the world (and market) will snore to it.
I think management will NOT make a big deal before the delisting date.
I think the stock will not reach $1 for 10 days before the delisting date.
I think the stock will go thru a reverse split.
I think the stock will continue to decline after the reverse split.

What do I think should happen?

I think a reverse split or NASDAQ delisting should be avoided at ANY COST.

I think this management team has failed miserably to create value for their shareholders and should be replaced ASAP.

I think a piece of Cotara or Bavi should go on the block ASAP BECAUSE if they are what some here claim then BP's or BB's would be stepping all over each other to get a piece of it and PPHM could pick the highest bid and save the NASDAQ listing without a reverse split AND create long overdue shareholder value.

I think if the above happens that the negative trend will end and rather than being in a down cycle, positive momo will be created thus insuring longer term success.

That's what I think.
