The way I understand the merger:

We bought the owners out as they are 25 years into their ownership and were lookin' for an exit strategy that would protect their employees, customers and business contacts.

We were looking to escape from the ailing restaurant business and needed to offload our SW Florida steakhouse liability. Overhead was eating us outta house & home.

Right place. Right time. Our quarterback cinched the deal. Go Cris!

We own Baron.

Market Cap is ridiculously low.

Pitiful pps.

Buyback from Float will drive pps.

Bulk of A/S are probably Restricted Shares.

Buyback from Restricted would probably be required to accomplish the massive share reduction PR'd.
