I agree with you to a point, although I would go a little farther and say that the onus lies with Judge Cooper to sort this out...nothing happens until he rules IMO. If RPH is cleared of wrong doing, RPH can then proceed with rebuilding the company. Granted, that is a big IF. As far as the bonds is concerned, I have convinced myself, if nobody else, that in the case of the Ven. bond, was and is real, and control was transfered to RHPs Trust. It may still be there for all I know. What I DON'T know, is whether there was an international conspiracy on the part of Ven. officials and RPH. Though unlikely, it can't be ruled out as yet.
