i was talking about company registration in utah.

here from: "NOTICE OF INTENTION TO COMMENCE SMALL MINING OPERATIONS" form:

"Entity must be registered (and maintain registration) with the State of Utah, Division of Corporations (DOC)"

it doesn't matter where the company is incorporated, it needs to be registered in the state of utah in order to be able to apply/obtain permits and commence mining.

who told you the permits are federal?
maybe you should check first then talk after, think inside the box first then expand outside from there.
