No Jeff...There is no "if" for the "Investors". They can dilute at "any time". The "if" statement applies to GTEC choosing to pay the note in shares instead of cash, NOT the "Investors". The investors in the private placement can dilute at their discretion. GTEC has to meet the requirements if it wants to elect to do so.
