Can someone please explain the difference between a Business Development Company and a Development Company.

Thanks inadvance.

I'm thinking PHGI can't be in operation because it's a development company. You know just like a BDC.

All they own is real estate.

The Opp land, the radio station, the mine. All real estate. Everything on the real estate that isn't operating is called a worthless asset on the books. Check GAPP.
