Hi John, I'm assuming the press release is still a summary of the deal. They either have or will file another 8K that will give details on the deal.

GTEC has been pretty transparent when deals like this have been structured in the past. If you think about how capital markets work (mm manipulation and such), this might very well explain why the share price has been "artificially" held down.

Such would guaranty the lowest conversion price possible for such big investors. If there were investors able to raise $30 Million...I think they will be very capable of supporting and moving the stock price where they want it.

I don't think there's a chance in the world this stock will be trading at these levels a year from now.
