lol ... he's got the money? then how come he's got no money to pay for legal fees or renew perihelion registration in the state of utah (where the company is delinquent), before it gets deregistered and he loses all the mining permits?

kinda weird to see someone hiring ppl to start a mining operation, applying for permits and all that, yet failing to renew the company registration?
