I received another email back from Cris Galo as a response to my inquiry pertaining to the REGDEX and selling of unregistered shares.

" The Company is not selling any shares of any kind to anyone, we are going to buyback shares and reduce the authorized shares as stated in our press release."

The buyback has not started as of yet. I have sent another email asking when it will start.
