Cris Galo responded to my email concerning updating pinksheets:

" We have given Pink Sheets all of our updated information. They require a several thousand dollar fee to remove the rating in another words it is equal to extortion and I will not participate in such a scheme."

So BIHC has done there job updating the info now pink sheets needs to do there job by posting this info.
