I don't deal with liars and people that are not truthful. It just a business code I have. These guys have not been truthful with me and the shareholders. If I go they would just tell me excuses. They need to set up a plan with goals that are measurable. Targets for sales and dates when to win them, the pentration in each market they are going for and the time frame, an over view of the total market what percentage they can compete in and as previosuly stated the penetration they want to obtain.
They are spending their time to try and protect their personal assets from a civil lawsuit if the shareholders win a class action suit. They know they cannot win in front of a jury for a class action suit. Because of that they have to protect themselves from personal suits. This is what they are spending their time on in my opinion. With the SEC investigation going on they are finding out how liable they are. I have to say if these guys are so smart they could have smelled a con a mile away. When I lived in NY and the kids on the streets could smell a con and a scam a mile away and they did not have the education these guys have. How many years of experience they have?? If they were so smart they would have known who they were dealing with. These guys have to go - they went to bed with the crooks they keep saying are the ones that have caused the problem. Supposedly the CEO knew something about Richard. If he was so smart he would have setup a plan like the mob does when a con they work for gets out of line. He is not so smart.
