guys, I have a question

I bought bldv, because I thought we will have a R/M sometime in the coming months

Now I am reading only about a R/S..

I heard a lot about R/S and it was ever negativ.. after R/S normally people selling..

Please let me know what I did get wrong or waht is now happening that it changed from a R/M to a R/S??
