Simplist form, anyone who has purchased the stock is a candidate for being a seller. No one purchases stock to go to their grave with it, they buy to sell for a profit. That comment was not meant to submarine someone for selling, if you bought it you have a right to sell it, but instead was meant to imply that it very easy to accuse one individual when there is a large body of people who could be selling. And there is nothing wrong with them selling unless they are using the message board to put info out there hoping that they can get a rise in the price that they can sell into, now that would be unethical.
