OilCan61, I have seen it suggested many times that the AF could take longer than expected and that moving to a higher exchange could take up to 6 months.I am not going to look back and try to find where those posts are.Also,I was disappointed that the Hawk Report didnt move the pps up and I think that the AF might lead to limited upside also.I think the real move will come when we move to a higher exchange.Of course this is JMO and I am trading accordingly.
