Management probably has mixed feelings about a stock price drop. Most upper management is relatively brand new (as Hector is) and option execution prices are computed from average stock price over some interval. They take a longer term view and "know" (as I do) that the stock price will be much higher in a few years; so it is actually in their interests to have the stock price stay relatively low now.
