PHGI is not a BDC. I know BDC's....AMEP used to be one.

PHGI is a DEVELOPMENT company....it never was and never has been a BDC. A BDC is set up under totally different rules.

Although I guess now that PHGI is in production, it's no longer just a development company.

I'm really looking forward to the next 12 months. I think that we'll see a lot of stuff happening.
