Otherwise, the company could be bought out from under him.

I have an "update" call with Scott later today or tommorrow and I will get the updated share structure. As far as any shares being added from becoming unrestricted, I spoke with Scott on Friday and asked him since I seen it from a post. Scott said there's no such things happening and doesn't know why that was said. Also, whoever put that info out there said it came from the IR group but I can tell you that it didn't come from me.
I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I am a shareholder in Sarissa Resources. Could you please forward me an updated share structure. Specifically, I am looking for the current count of Restricted & Float shares. I was told that shares have recently become unrestricted & was wondering when this happened and how many shares were involved.

I wrote IR because someone stated in a post on this board that 75M shares were added to the float & I was a little concerned about this. Still haven't heard back from Darrin with the updated structure, but as you can see he said he talked to Scott about this & it didn't happen.
