I don't know how many times you have to explain it, kels. I can tell you that over 2 years later, they are still dealing with insurance companies from the hurricanes. Some are dribbling out payments still. They love to rake in the premiums, but are sometimes very reluctant to pay. Not all, but most of them.It took 8 months just for my small claims to be paid in full. One daughter's company filed bankruptcy owing them a third more. They never got it. I can imagine what it takes dealing with larger claims. There are still lawsuits against insurance companies down here. Keith is doing well to have progressed this far with them.
