Let's also keep in mind that Paul made particular mention in the last PR that there is no change in the mission or direction of Spooz. SMCC is a result of a positive business opportunity/development which is validation that Spooz and their products are real and seen as valuable industry tools. Spooz products are seen as a solution to address the needs of the OSI.

Partnerships like SMCC will realize significant benefit for Spooz and it's shareholders.
