If you are talking about the acquisition of Atire Technologies, it is not happening. I read it on one of the 8-Ks a few months ago (before the announcement of B Green Innovations, Inc.) Basically, it said that they had ceased communication with Atire; what I don't like about this is that there was no PR informing the investor that they had cancelled the acquisition.
