BIHC .0028 up from .0011 last Thursday's low, filling the March gap. Today news reducing AUTHORIZED shares FROM 180,000,000 to 80,000,000 retiring shares and a buyback of 100,000,000 shares. SO Outstanding shares cannot be any more than 80 million. A filing is expected very soon since this has already been authorized by the board of directors. Should be a good mover IMO.especially with all the name brand clients they have. This is way undervalued for a multi million dollar revenue producing co.
