BIHC .0028 Up from .0011 last Thursday when it filled the gap from March. Now BIHC is retiring and BUYING BACK 100,000,000 SHARES leaving ONLY 80,000,000 AUTHORIZED shares, which means OUTSTANDING SHARES can not be more than 80,000,000 shares, a VERY LOW Float for a multi million DOLLAR revenue producing Company.
