Excellent news. 100,000,000 less Authorized Shares by retiring restricted shares and buying back shares 75,000,000? on the OPEN MARKET Reducing AUTHORIZED shares to ONLY 80,000,000 shares. Lets watch the volume increase and the price rise. WAY undervalued. LETS GO BIHC.
