Who knows? did we really and who knows if it isn't a front, I don't have aclue. Maybe Rasica has an idea?

Also maybe the bottom line was to get both dinar and oil in case the oil didn't fly high?

Anyways, if greed has anything to do with it these oil man probably want their pockets filled with cash from the dinar or would they perfer oil for their dinars?? oops!
