I have a Good Question about Good Health that relates to this Good News. Good Life had to create a new Good SPC called Asia Pacific for it's Good Merger. The Good PR says the identified a Good SPC called Good Health. I take it that means this Good SPC already existed? So, these Good SPC's sit around dormant like Good Shells waiting for someone to use them?

I was under the impression once a Good Transaction was made, the Good SPC was dissoved because it's Good Special Purpose had been fulfilled. I guess I'm not so Good Afterall because my Good Assumptions wasn't really that Good.
