The RCCH CEO Gene Newton in the picture on page #1 and #2. If you look under partners the first one listed is RCC Holdings, Corp. (RCCH). If you read about Mr. Ngai Keong he is involved in many things including the Director and President of the China Division of RCC Holdings Corp..
