Quanta Capital to be acquired by Catalina Holdings for $197M




NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Quanta Capital Holdings Ltd. Friday said it
has agreed to be acquired by Catalina Holdings, a Bermuda-based firm, for
roughly $197 million. The deal values Quanta common shares at $2.80 each, a 49%
premium to Thursday's close at $1.88

It is a puzzling thing. The truth knocks on the door and you say, "Go away, I'm looking for the truth," and so it goes away. Puzzling.
