Anyone know they would bring such a large company out with such a large O/S and authorized shares, that could prevent them from ever being anything other than a penny stock for a while? It doesn't make sense to me...why not bring them to the market with much fewer shares and then split later as the company grows? With no independant board members, it seems that uplisting is a ways away anyway...but this is a big enough company where imo it should waste no time uplisting.
