I have seen a few pinkies become fully reporting companies. From the time the auditor is engaged to the uplisting can be as long as six months as long as there are no hidden gotchas.
Audited financials (AFs) take up most of the time. Then the application and acceptance onto a new exchange can take a month or two.
Just want to keep things realistic in terms of how long it may take.
An interim PR could state that the AFs are moving through the approval process.
I have seen the process take longer than most investor's patience and the share price suffer because of lack of patience.
And even though everyone should expect little to no revenues and a net loss, the release of numbers may also cause a dip in the stock price.
Just sharing some past experience,
Mike
