Omehay, Again, who voted on this revenue sharing plan? What would stop Weber from taking MORE this year or next? Thank God, that we have an outlet in expressing our opinions and I hope that he terminates this charity gift. You haven't responded on Weber's total COMPENSATION package on 2007 being 40 percent of sales and why he would NEED another 4 percent, while the company stuggles to pay their debts. Have you seen their leese agreemant and the toxic deal that's now in place with their landlord? Cmon, It was a bad move, plain and simple!
