SUE ALL THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS BOTH PAST AND PRESENT - REPORT IT TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AS WELL AS THE SEC.

QUESTION: THE PROCEEDS FROM THE 1.5 MILLION LOAN WHO GOT WHAT?- WE KNOW THEY DID NOT PAY THE RENT AMONG OTHER BILLS - WHO LINED THEIR POCKETS - (FOLLOW THE MONEY!!!!!!!)
