You have 5 minutes for a poke in the eye similar to getting hit by a low blow.. I just think the officials did a few bad calls. I just think it was a very bad call to stop that Smith fight. He said give me the five minutes, and I'll be fine. Thats what the officials should of done.

Not sure whether you watched UFC when it first came out, but the only rules were "no biting, no eye gouging, and no fish hooking" Everything else was legal..
