Moojer,

Texas already explained the cost of putting in service roads as being relatively inexpensive. I have put in several roads through rugged terrain. It is simply the cost of a good D8 dozer, a good operator and some diesel.

Typically, one is charged by the hour. In Ca. it runs anywhere between 100 and 300 per hour. So, the real question is: how much road needs to be put in over what kind of territory.

Now, if it were me, and I had a family in the business, I would borrow or even own some of this basic equipment. I'll venture a guess here: Scott, if he was raised in mining, probably started out doing this kind of work himself. So, he'll know the cheapest and best way to do it.

I hope this notion sets your mind at rest, at least as far as the service roads are concerned.
