It's the barter store where your money turns into Troptions. That is where you can get shares of UPZS from the Dream team. IMO, when your money goes in it stays there till GH takes it out. You probably have to spend it there. Anyway I'm not interested. I'll just keep the cash. Also, I would imagine that there is a Fee to join. Most barter systems do have a registration fee. Just sucking more from your pocketbook.
