rumors are that we have a deal waiting to get announced. With that said we heard this 10x this year. I like the fact that Pinksheets has been updated and we are current. There is a reason to do this now or why bother? I would look for news release on that site, my take. MY guess and only my guess CHINALCO is the group. If we had a deal agreed and we were waiting for (the Brazileans) to put in there offer. why would they allow them to put in an offer? ONLY if they were RIO and CHINALCO was the the partner who own a piece of them would they allow it!(GUESS) but a damn good one you see.

Its rumored that the partner is now picked and preparations are being made to release it. CDCH/MDMN are going threw there own nitpicking on how the money is split and other things.

we are closer than ever(LOL we have been for over two years but why stop saying it now) and I really dont feel we will see a huge run up before the announcement. I never thought this other do and think the market will tell us. WRONG we are all in and there has been plenty of volume in the past year to indicate others have bought alreay.
