And where do you get that from. It is illegal for anyone i.e... Airlines or private planes to fly directly to Cuba from U.S. soil but you can fly to Cuba from other countries.

The U.S. Government can not stop any citizen from traveling to Cuba if they choose to do so. What the State Department can do is revoke there U.S. Passport if they want to. I have never seen that happen.

Also it is not illegal to meet with a Cuban National period. Now to conduct business is a different story. But if the business is not in Cuba then that is not an issue either. In fact DHS, Dept of Commerce and the State Department have information on there web sites to help people who want to conduct business aboard because certain countries can not receive certain technologies and other things. It is very complicated. I think PNMS does not fit those areas but hay you never know.
