Why PR it Sat morning? Were there restrictions from ASCO on timing? This PR and perhaps another could have pushed us into the Russell? Does mgmt want the push or are they trying to help someone acquire cheap shares? Will this PR be repeated Monday or will it go unnoticed by the markets?

My big concern is a half-hearted attempt by mgmt to avoid delisting (like the DIOS PR) and then delisting with cheap shares going to someone. Mgmt needs to know this will be unacceptable. I'd rather force a sale than delisting. IMO, mgmt has zero regard for the retail shareholder, even though the retail shareholder has kept them afloat for so long. I hope I'm wrong and I would love to be proven wrong. I'm not a basher, just a frustrated shareholder.
