You are right Captskip. Congrats to all who bought these shares when it was on "limited' information status and looking very suspicious as it wallowed in the double zeros. Most would have stayed away from this, especially with the seedy characters involved in this. It was a major gamble, and it paid off. Must be great feeling.

As for me, I didn't buy. I just held on to my restricted shares. I telephoned my broker. He said I won't be able to apply to get my shares unrestricted until I have owned them for at least six months since the date of record (2/1/08) AND GLCC is a reporting company for 90 days (starting from 5/28/08) from when it became fully reporting. So I am looking at the 8/28/08 before I can send in the paper work and another month, provided there are no glitches, before I can trade. So the earliest is the end of September of '08.

Anyones guess is as good as mine as what the pps will be by then. Hoping it's $1.00.
