richard e-mailed me back yesterday and said that they dont like to release the unaudited financials for last year as it adds confusion, and the lawyers dont recommend it. he would prefer to provide the audited and is working on it.

on a personal note, i feel he is communicating better now after a period in the middle where he wasnt, so makes me feel better about my investment.

i agree diesel news is good for us
