If the "late trades" are merely a recap of earlier trades, why don't those trades show up on level 2 during the trading day? They add to the day's total. Here are the late trades for the month of May.

I watch and/or hold well over 100 pinksheet companies including a substantial long position in CPRK. This is the only one with "late trades". I find it puzzling.
