ADTJ will be dead in a couple of months - worst case scenario happened!

I once thought that ADTJ could be the exception in pinky - Land. I had a nice mail conversation with TED in the past but now he doesn't answers my mails any longer. It was my suggestion to open "investor relations" on their webside and to publish share structure -but that was at a point in company history where O/S was around 100 Million shares.

Then he has entered the spiral of death: Dilution - RS - Dilution - RS - Dilution - Death.

A RS is realy a bad sign for ADTJ. I wished my broker would allow me to short ADTJ but he doesn't.
This will fall like a rock again after the RS - I have seen this already to often in Pinky-Land!! ADTJ makes no profit - I'm not even sure that they create any revenues at the moment - so there is only one possibility left to raise capital: DILUTION AGAIN! MM know this and they will short ADTJ themself. Two months after the RS we will see 0,0001 again with another billion new shares.

The only way someone may earn some money here is to trade this like hell but that's not my way. Longs have already and will loose again here. Fortunately I lost only around 500 USD here and I will not invest one single penny here again. This is already dead for me. Good luck to all of you who still believe in the company - you will need it!
