Regardless of the company dumping or not. Most stocks have alot of volume before a major run. Its supposed to be a sign that the stock is ready to move. Churning is the word. The only problem here is it appears to be dumping but at least the price has held so IMO thats a good sign assuming there's news around the corner.

This case is not a good example but you never know.

Yea I hope you get your shares first if the run is ready.
