obvisouly the Company is at fault....

1) PR'd a $500 million contract (bogus)

2) increased O/S before the merger was announced

3) issued a 500 million share block (?)

4) PR'd $118 million contract ( no 8k)

5) haven't provided guidance for future

BUT Blue_Horse_Shoe (cheerleader in charge) wouldn't allow any disent.
