Bat -Clearly mistakes were made. That happens when you place your trust with the wrong people. However, once the "motive" behind the actions was discovered, the right people fought to gain control of the situation and get this company on the right track.

Just because someone is use to dealing with Fortune 100 companies does not mean he or she is qualified to expect the amount of stock manipulation that is orchestrated on the pink sheet markets - especially when it is performed in such a well refined and almost untrackable plan. The key word here is ALMOST.

That being said, it might be safe to assume that their skills on dealing with these matters are being developed as we speak.
