I called Gil twice yesterday but resorted to leaving a message.

I believe Stoc spoke with him and I think he is hearing the same think jersey has said. Also believe Gil has a cold.

I still believe we are entitled a PR before the suspension is over. Give them a few more days as Jersey said it seems they know the problem. Now let them tell us how they will rectify the situation and give us a timeline. It seems like a few parties (management, auditors, lawyers, ect.) are involved and everyone needs to be on the same page.

Its eveident they brought this upon themselves by doing the name change and not filing the necesary documents along with it to the SEC. A big mistake.

I dont see how we wont be otcbb if they file the papers..
But I also dont know what will happen if they dont.
