Advanced Content Services Confirms Final Negotiations With Television Network

LIMA, OH--(MARKET WIRE)--May 28, 2008 -- Advanced Content Services, Inc. (Other OTC:ADCS.PK - News). Duane Kistler, CEO, confirmed this morning that the company has entered into final discussions with a television network to air the talent contest show about to begin.

Kistler stated, "Yesterday was a big day for ADCS, as we met with senior executives in a secure, closed door, neutral location in Cleveland, Ohio to finalize the plans for our talent contest to be aired. Due to a confidentiality agreement I am not at liberty to reveal the names just yet. The final step is now for VStarr to produce a pilot of the show to submit to the network for review."

Kistler continued, "I am also pleased to announce that I have just finalized the major marketing campaign for the Talent Contest with MySpace. With the main advertising contract including the lead in and exit advertising we will be getting over 200 million impressions in the effort to drive the auditions to our website. The website will be back up and functional in coordination for the advertising campaign. In response to all the feedback we received we decided to step up the work on it to make it a bit flashier. However, to reiterate, we are more concerned with the functionality of the site and the ability to handle the anticipated flow than the glitz."

"I would like to confirm that the Second Life islands have been locked down over the last week so that our major retailer had time to set up their operations. I feel everyone will be pleased, once the mall is opened to see who we have been dealing with," commented Kistler.

Kistler further commented, "I am pleased to update shareholders that along with all the negotiations and meetings that have been going on behind the scenes, the following has been completed:



-- Computers and servers have been purchased and are operational in the
host site
-- Second Life Real Estate Construction is nearing completion
-- Recording and Manufacturing Equipment has been purchased
-- Film and Production Crews have been retained
-- Production for the talent contest television show is scheduled to
begin on June 2
