GM, Bobby. I have searched in vain to find any evidence to support the rumor that options tradings will be banned.

The only new regulation I have been able to find regarding regulation of derivative trading is this - and this is an exchange regualtion, not a govenmental one.

IMO, if the US government were to ban options trading, there would be multiple exchanges worldwide that would not.
